It acts as a superconductor and sanctuary, bringing together a global ensemble of creators to nurture and give birth to radical, unforeseen, and high-intention outcomes. Its environment is that of a "world town," continuously evolving in an "eternal now," situated at the threshold of a new quarter-century. It was born out of the Visual Image Studio of American designer Winston Cuevas.
